My name is Beverly Capps. I previously worked 39 years with Attorney Laurence McIntosh as a receptionist, bookkeeper, real estate, and legal secretary until his retirement. I began working for Finklea Law Firm in 2005 as a Litigation Paralegal. Following 11 years of employment, I left after the birth of my son, Jasper. I returned to the firm as the Office Administrator in March 2017. I graduated from Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts, specializing in Graphic Design, with a minor in Art History. I began working at Finklea Law Firm in March 2014 as Legal Secretary to Gary Finklea and Charlie Blake, Jr. My daily duties include transcription, initiating litigation, preparing cases for the discovery portion of the litigation process, providing organizational support, and keeping clients informed during the pendency of their cases. I began working in the legal field in 2008 while attending college. My experience began as a legal courier and later developed into receptionist and secretarial duties. I’m married to my wonderful husband Josh and a fulltime boy mom to sweet son, Jude. I couldn’t be happier when I’m playing with and spending time with my son.
