Born and raised in Florence, South Carolina, Charles “Chase” Holbrooks is proud to return home to serve the community where his roots run deep. After earning his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law and being admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2022, he began his legal career in Lexington, SC, where he practiced for over a year before expanding his experience in Salida, Colorado. There, he spent nearly two years sharpening his skills and broadening his perspective on client advocacy.

Now back in Florence, Chase is excited to continue building his practice and to provide a dedicated, client-focused approach in all matters of representation. With three years of legal experience across two states, he brings both a strong local commitment and a diverse professional background to the firm.

Outside the office, Chase enjoys fishing, golfing, playing tennis, and spending time at the beach. Alongside Elizabeth ‘Zibby’ Smith, an attorney with the Florence County Public Defender’s Office, he is proud to call Florence home.
